The Daytona Beach Club is located directly on the ocean and is a condo-hotel, although there is no recpetions, owners rent out their units themselves or hire agents to do it.
The Daytona beach club comprises 29 units per floor on 4 floors, except for the ground floor.
All units are small efficiencies (studios), 315 sq. ft. Amenities include oceanfront pool, deck and there is laundry in building. I have to say that the owners must liove this building as there are very few sales, probably about one per year!
Florida statutes provide for a buyer of a Beach Club Condo to have 3 days to review condo docs, year end financial statement and Frequently asked Questions and answers, if buyers are not satisfied with the documents they may withdraw from the sale with no penalty.
